I’m a Sarah, self-employed mortgage broker, business owner and mum/step-mum to two kids (5 and 14), so I completely get the juggle.

School runs, work deadlines, life admin, trying to keep all the plates spinning… and then someone mentions your mortgage and your brain just says “not today”.

That’s where I come in.

I specialise in helping self-employed and limited company directors get mortgages when their income isn’t straightforward. If you’re paid through dividends, net profit, retained profits, multiple income streams or a mix of everything, you’re my tribe.

I support clients with all things property finance, residential, buy-to-let and commercial.

My clients are usually time-poor, running businesses, raising families and just want someone who can take this off their plate and make it feel simple.
