I am a Macclesfield based Personal Trainer and a mum of two little ones aged 6 & 3.
I am Level 3 qualified in Personal Training, Nutrition & pre and post natal personal training.
My passion is to help and support woman of all ages and Mums & mums 2 be via exercise and nutrition.
I design personal programs and coach (in person & online) as well as nutrition programs for women of all ages who want to lose body fat, gain muscle or women who want to improve their overall health.
I also design specific programs, for expectant mums so that they can feel strong physically & mentally in the run up to their birth and help postnatal mums regain strength and confidence after the birth of their little one.
As part of my coaching, I focus on all elements of your overall health post pregnancy and I help and support you progress back to fitness at your own pace.
What I offer :
*1-2-1 (or small group 2-3 people) Personal Training sessions(at your home or in a gym)
*1-2 -1 Pre or post-natal Personal training sessions
*Online Personal Training program with weekly feedback
*Online Nutrition program with weekly feedback
