Me.Time.Vibe

A little bit about me...I'm a Mum of 2 gorgeous children (a 25yr old & an 8yr old) & felt I'd always been Mum, which don't get me wrong I absolutely love but I'd lost 'me'. So in 2020 Me.Time.Vibe was born with the purpose being to not only give me time for me but to let others find their time too.

During my life I have had bumps in the road due to my own mental health & wellbeing so it was my vision to ensure this threads through everything I offer; holistic therapies, chill sessions, workspace wellbeing & coaching is just a flavour of what I provide.

This little business is flourishing & I absolutely love the community I've built & the impact this has had on everyone who steps through my little sanctuary doors.
