She deeply understands the emotional shifts, identity changes, and challenges that come with raising children, caring for others, juggling life while maintaining personal well-being.

Natasha blends her expertise in coaching, therapy, and self-development to help mothers reclaim confidence, set boundaries and navigate life transitions at every stage. Through her nurturing approach, she empowers women to rediscover themselves beyond motherhood, create space for their needs, and step into life with clarity, purpose, and renewed energy. She is the founder of Connected Together Wellbeing running workshops and building communities. Natasha is the creator of The Stress Factor an online programme supporting women in managing stress and providing tools to avoid burnout.
