I work alongside women who look like they’re coping, but don’t always feel that way inside. I understand how easy it is to keep going on autopilot, even when life doesn’t quite feel like your own anymore. The way I work is calm, supportive, and human, creating space for you to reconnect with yourself and take things one step at a time.
This approach combines talking therapy with hypnosis, a calm, focused state that helps your mind and body settle. We focus on what you want to change and what can help you move forward.
It’s a supportive way of working that’s shaped around you, without pressure, force, or digging into everything from the past.
I offer 1-1 hypnotherapy sessions, relaxation sessions 1-1 or in a small group and also work in the community. There is also a wait list on my website for a small pilot group program.
