Whether you have muscle injury, tensed muscles, need time out to re-align, Lymphoedema (caused by removal of Lymph nodes) or needing to treat your Caesarean section scar, Danielle provides all treatment aftercare tailored to each individual.

Life is so hectic nowadays and it’s important we look after each other and our wellbeing. Like the saying goes ‘’you can't pour from an empty cup’’ and it’s true.

My passion has always been for selfcare and holistic therapies and teaching others the simple techniques to care for their own mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.

All treatments are based in a beautiful warm, calming and tranquil studio in the heart of Stalybridge.
