Hey, I’m Kelly—mum of four, childminder, and an infant sleep consultant who knows firsthand how brutal sleep deprivation can be. I’ve been in the trenches of exhaustion, trying to balance the needs of a newborn while still being present for my older three. After having my fourth little boy, the struggle became real in a way I had never experienced before. I battled postnatal depression, felt completely alone, and wondered how I was supposed to give everyone—including myself—the care they needed.
For 20 years, I’ve worked in the early years sector, surrounded by babies and young children. I’ve spent years researching, troubleshooting, and supporting families, all while navigating my own sleep struggles. It was through this that I found my true passion—infant sleep. I saw just how much a lack of sleep affects both parents and children, not just in the moment, but developmentally, emotionally, and physically. That’s when I took the leap, trained as a certified infant sleep consultant, and created Sparkle Night Sleep Consultancy—because I know how hard this road is, and I want to help other parents find their way through it.
