Helping women enjoy fun and effective workouts with their child in Cheshire.

Our sessions are run by a qualified pre and postnatal exercise specialist and are tailored to support recovery from pregnancy and birth. All the exercises can be adapted to suit specific needs and are focused on rebuilding core and pelvic strength. We have mums of all stages in our classes so exercises can be made progressively more challenging as you go on. We have babies as little as 6 weeks (following the 6 week postnatal check) all the way up to school-age children so there's no need to worry about crying babies or chaotic toddlers- all are welcome at Sweaty Mama!

Our classes are updated every 8 weeks so there's room for progression but we never get bored. Our soundtrack is focused on fun, feel good music to help mums feel energised and the little ones love having a bop along too! We have a few different session types to choose from including our original cardio and strength based session 'Sweaty Mama', a 'Bootcamp' style session (not as scary as it sounds) in the evening after baby bedtime and we have a new 'Mamalates' class coming soon which is a postnatal pilates style class.

If you want to squeeze in some movement without needing to sort childcare, make some mum friends and feel supported in the postnatal period, then Sweaty Mama is the class for you!
