I'm Lisa and I am a mum of 3 and a dedicated yogi.
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years on and off but after the complicated birth of my son in 2014, I found life a little overwhelming and I eventually found my way back to my mat.
I have a strong love for how yoga and meditation has been a positive influence on both my physical and emotional health and I now feel called to empower others to do the same.
In 2018, I was diagnosed with PTSD and I found that getting on my mat was the one thing that kept the darker days at bay and this led me wanting to learn more.
In 2019, I embarked on my 200 hour yoga teacher training and I have spent many hours adding to my learning ever since.
I weave all of my knowledge together to create a community for everyone to calm and unite their bodies and minds. My classes are all from a trauma informed perspective and accessible to every body.
