Meet Kim – Mum, Life Coach, and Founder of CalmerMe
Kim is a mum to two boys, who knows firsthand how overwhelming things can get when you're juggling motherhood, work, and the relentless pressures and stresses that life throws your way.
After a successful marketing career in the fast-paced fashion industry, she felt burnt out and stuck in survival mode. Drawn by the profound impact coaching had on her own life, Kim became a certified life coach in 2017 and has been running her own practice ever since.
Supporting women who feel caught in the chaos of everyday life, navigating the never ending to-do lists, the weight of the mental load, and that constant feeling that there’s is not enough 'me time'.
She helps women press pause, breathe, and reconnect with what really matters. Her mission is to help women step out of overwhelm and into a life with more balance, calm, and joy—so they feel better equipped to face the demands and curveballs of everyday life.
Kim offers a safe, supportive space where you’ll feel truly seen and heard. She’ll be your coach, your cheerleader, and your guide. Helping you quiet the inner critic, take meaningful action, and carve out space for the things that light you up. Sharing tips and tools along the way!
Alongside her coaching work, Kim created CalmerMe, and later CalmerKids, after seeing how many busy women (and kids) were simply in need of calm. These gentle sessions use breathing and relaxation techniques to release tension and restore balance.
Think cosy vibes: candles, crystals, and soothing music—a true sanctuary for your mind and body.
As her work continues to evolve, Kim remains deeply committed to her own growth—constantly learning, expanding, and integrating new tools so she can offer even more value and support to the women she works with.
