Amy is a certified baby and child sleep consultant. She supports tired parents across the UK using gentle methods and techniques to help their children sleep better. She doesn't believe children and parents need to be sleep deprived. There are already unrealistic expectations on mums to do it all, let alone expecting them to do it sleep deprived! So she's really passionate about supporting families to move away from unhealthy sleep patterns, to a restful night's sleep for the whole family.
