Hi, I'm Clare – I'm a Level 3 PT with a Pre & Post Natal qualification, and I set up Elevate Personal Training after having my two little girls. Pregnancy is a wonderful thing, but it is hard on our bodies and our minds, and motherhood – well, that's another level of hard! As a busy mum myself, I know how impossible it can feel to get back into a healthy fitness routine and to find some time each week for YOU, but I am passionate about helping women to let go of the guilt and embrace exercise for what it can do for your strength, your body confidence, your energy and your overall wellbeing.
Working from my private PT studio in Mobberley, I train clients 1-2-1 and in small groups. There's no on-lookers, no fighting for space or equipment in a busy gym, and you have my undivided attention to ensure you have a fun, safe and challenging workout that has been designed specifically to meet your needs and your goals. If coming alone seems too daunting, why not rope in a friend and train together? And if finding someone to mind your little bundle of joy is difficult, bring them along with you – I love a cuddle!
