We're a small training business run by Cat and Katie – two passionate individuals whose mission is to equip companies & individuals with the knowledge, confidence and certifications to administer a range of health and wellbeing services to those around them, both in and out of the workplace. We specialise in Emergency First Aid, Paediatric First Aid & Mental Health First Aid.

We know that training courses aren't always seen as a fun way to spend your time, which is why we ensure our courses are fun, dynamic and most importantly, interesting with lots to learn! (We like to include snacks, too )
