Mothering and The Menopause is a supportive, non judgmental space for Mums with young children, who are experiencing the perimenopause or menopause. Founded by Emily Courtney, a Health Visitor, Nurse and Mum to 3 small children. Emily has used her skills to create a membership to ensure that no one else has to suffer like she did.
