Pre & post natal group PT

We are pre and post natal specialists who deliver group PT classes for you to bring your baby to.

We call and speak to every single Mum before you attend you free taster session with us. This helps us to prepare you for your session and so we can learn all about you, your goals and any medical conditions.

At your first session we will check for diastasis recti (ab separation) so we can tailor the workout to you and ensure you are working safely.

Our sessions are 45 minutes incorporating a mix of cardio, conditioning, weights and core.

The babies are usually either playing, making new friends, helping Mummy or possibly having a nap.

We also love to stay on after class and go for a coffee or smoothie and have a good old natter.

MummyFIT is your time in the week for you, where you can enjoy an energy boosting feel good workout.

You don’t need to be a member at any of the gyms where we run our sessions.

You have the flexibility to book into any of our sessions via our app once you become a MummyFIT member. This allows you to come to multiple sessions a week, or if you can’t make a session one week just don’t book in.
