Fun workouts with your child!
Our main exercise class which combines cardio and resistance movement to upbeat tracks whilst bonding with your little one. Sweaty Mama has music and movement you both will love! I work with you to build your fitness, strength and rehabilitate your body after having a baby and help support your exercise journey while pregnant – there is something for everyone!
This time we leave our little ones at home for a female only, fun and feisty workout for all fitness levels. Gradually build fitness, strength, have a laugh and see great results! This is seriously fun fat burning at its best!
It's not just an exercise class, for many it's now part of their lifestyle. My aim is to help create a network and a group of amazing and empowered Mamas, who can create friendships which go beyond our class, no Mama is alone in our tribe – we've always got each other.
